| Description: | Mesorhizobium shangrilense,Gram-stain-negative, aerobic, non-spore-forming rods, 0.3–0.6µm wide by 1–3µm long. Colonies on YMA medium are circular, convex, white, opaque and usually 1–2 mm in diameter after 5–7 days at 28℃. Growth occurs between 10and 37℃ with an optimum at 28℃. The pH range is 5–10 with an optimum at pH 7.0. |
