ProSCAT (Protein Sequence Composition Analysis Tool) is a user friendly tool to anlyze amino acid composition for a protein sequence. It shows average percentage information about various residual properties such as hydrophilic, hydrophobic, acidic, basic etc in a sequence and plot their graphs. This tool also has its own database of glycolysis and citric acid cycle enzymes of various microorganism differentiate on the basis of temperature.
