About CODON RESTRICTION

Codon restriction implies removal of codon degeneracy and implementation of optimal codons from codon usage table of an organism. Thus it creates one-to-one correspondence between amino acids and specific optimal codons, thus reduces the complexity of sequence for better understanding of molecular phylogenetics. This interface allows user to use codon usage table from the given list of selected organisms as codon restriction criteria; default is E.Coli codons.
